Kiko Zeballos - The Chef de Cuisine
Originally from northern Peru, Kiko has worked in Spain at the world-renowned El Bulli restaurant and headed the kitchen at Astrid & Gaston in Madrid, where he pioneered the presentation of Peruvian cuisine at the highest level.
His creative cooking and innovative way of combining different flavours make his "Kitchen of Influences" a unique experience. Since 2020, Kiko has been based in Switzerland, where he has worked as a consultant and chef de cuisine for various gastronomic experiences.
Nicolás Berlinger - The Host
Of Swiss-Chilean nationality, he was born in China and graduated from high school in the south of Peru. Innovation manager & investigative journalist.
Extensive experience in event management and intercultural communication. Wine and food connoisseur who will guide you through "the Journey" of Tio Pisco and our unique Pisco cocktails.
